Emeka Ike was born on March 22, 1967, in Imo State, Nigeria. He grew up in Lagos and attended Eko Primary School and Apata Memorial High School.
After obtaining his West African Senior School Certificate, he pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Lagos.
His passion for acting emerged during his university years, leading to his debut in the 1995 film Deadly Affair.
Emeka Ike gained prominence in Nollywood with notable roles in films such as A Million Tears (2006) and I Swear (2004).
His performances earned him recognition and a dedicated fan base. In 2015, following a highly publicised divorce from his first wife, Suzanne Emma, he took a hiatus from acting to focus on personal matters and explore other ventures.
