Fatai Adetokunbo, the son of late Yoruba actor Dejo Tunfulu, has publicly cried out for help, saying he is exhausted and struggling to keep himself together.
A video of the young man surfaced on X on Tuesday, 1 August 2026, showing him in visible distress as he spoke openly about his difficult situation.

According to him, he had been putting up a tough exterior to mask what was really going on inside, but things had clearly reached a breaking point ever since his father died.

"I swear to God I am tired. I am tired. I am just using agidi. I am tired. I can't kill myself. God, please help me."

His emotional plea came just days after Fatai had taken to X to open up about the regret he carries over his relationship with his father before the actor's death.
In that earlier post, he admitted to being stubborn and failing to heed the warnings and guidance his father gave him, acknowledging that disobedience had cost him dearly in life. He also mentioned that being a football supporter was the only thing he knew how to do at this point.

Okeowo, in a post via her social media page, said her heart was shattered as she put on hold every other post she had wanted to share with her followers.
This came after the report went viral that the veteran actor was dead, with many of his fans paying their last respects to the actor.
