Nick Cannon has spoken about his point of view about marriage again and has insisted he is not the type to be bound by the one man one wife rule.
Nick Cannon says he's not into monogamy
During an appearance on the It's Tricky with Raquel Harper podcast, Cannon shut down the possibility of getting married again in a legal sense.
"It depends on what you call marriage. Getting the government involved, no. We can go have a ceremony somewhere. Why would the government be involved in your love life? That seems so bizarre to me. It's really a business and to bring business and love together, that's a tough one to get involved with," he said.

Cannon was previously married to Mariah Carey from 2008 to 2016 and the two share 11-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan.
When talking about his previous marriage, he said:
"That to me was one of the greatest experiences of my life and for that to come to an end as well, why would I go back if I couldn't make that work out right?"
He explained that for him to go back to getting married, he will have to be presented with something he's never seen before.
"I did my best in this space, and now I feel like there's a new journey in my life. I'm not going to backtrack and put myself in that situation again because it doesn't get better than that," he added.

In a related article Cannon said that his therapist advised him to try celibacy after welcoming his seventh child.
Cannon welcomed three children in June alone: Son Zen and twins Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir with model Alyssa Scott and Abby De La Rosa, respectively.
Six months before that, Cannon’s ex, Brittany Bell, gave birth to their daughter, Powerful Queen. The two also share a 4-year-old son named Golden.
“My therapist said I should be celibate. Okay, give me a break. I’m going to take a break from having kids,” Cannon said.
