He began by mentioning a test to assess kidney function, stating that people over 30 ought to have their kidneys examined to understand how well they were operating and to identify any potential issues early.

The health coach then moved to a check for liver function, saying that a similar review could reveal whether there were problems requiring attention.

The third test he noted was one that measured lipid levels in the blood. He stated that this examination would show levels of cholesterol, including high and low density forms, as well as triglycerides.

According to him, the results could point out risks and inform dietary changes, and he specifically advised against the use of certain vegetable oils such as soy, sunflower and others, which he described as harmful.

For the fourth check, he recommended an electrocardiogram to evaluate heart activity.

He acknowledged that not all chest discomfort originated from the heart, but maintained that the test remained important for detecting underlying conditions.

The final assessment he listed was a blood test that measured long-term glucose control.
