Lady Struggling for 8 Years To Get Admission Finally Gets Admitted Into University, Posts Her Course

A lady named Elizabeth could not contain her joy as she finally got admission into the university after several years.

She stated that she had been waiting for eight years to gain admission into the university of her choice.

In a TikTok post by @elsa_gifts_n_surprises, she showed that gaining admission into school was one of her prayer requests for the year when she joined an online prayer meeting known as Hallelujah challenge.

Her prayer requests, which were written on May 2, 2025, read:

"I want to score about 200 in my jamb score. I want to get admission into funaab this year. I want to be a graduate of funaab."

The lady then showed that she had gained admission into the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta.

She posted a screenshot of her admission dashboard, which revealed that she was admitted to study Home Science and Management.

In another video, she showed herself dancing and jumping as she celebrated her admission into school.

The video was captioned:

“After 8 years of waiting, I finally got admission to the university. Only aspirants can relate. El-roi has done it oooooo. September 1st. A month of “GOD DID IT” What God cannot do doesn’t EXIST.”

In a chat with Legit.ng, she shared her experience of waiting for admission.

She said:

"I graduated from secondary school 2017, and ever since then I’ve been writing jamb. Took my first jamb 2019 but I was the fifth child and my elder sister hasn’t gotten admission yet. So he told me to calm down for my sister first, So that the money won’t choke him."

She added that she started writing JAMB again in 2022 and faced different obstacles before finally gaining admission in 2025.

Another young lady awaiting admission shared her experience as she went to write her post-UTME at Olabisi Onabanjo University.

Girl cries over 2025 UTME questions

Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that a Nigerian girl who wrote the 2025 UTME (Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination) cried out after facing challenges with her subjects' questions.

The girl, who was writing for the 3rd time, said that most of the things that came out were not what she had prepared for.
