BREAKING: Keyamo Says He Is Not Aware of Tinubu’s Current Location

  • Festus Keyamo has revealed that the whereabouts of Tinubu, APC presidential candidate is not known to him
  • Keyamo who is the spokesperson of the All Progressives Congress campaign council disclosed this on Wednesday
  • He also dismissed speculations that the APC candidate travelled out of the country to seek medical assistance

In what many Nigerians will describe as shocking, the spokesperson of the All Progressives Congress campaign council, Festus Keyamo, has claimed that he does not know the wheareabouts of the party’s presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.

Keyamo said this when he appeared on Channels Tv ‘Politics Today’.

Going further, he also dismissed speculations that the former Lagos State governor travelled out of the country to seek medical assistance.

He added that only mischief makers are gravely concerned about Tinubu’s whereabouts.

He said:

“Our candidate is not in the country currently and I don’t have any information on where he is. I know he will be back in a couple of days but I don’t know the particular day.
“He is also not on a medical trip; I don’t have such information. It is not true that we have not started campaigns because the candidate is sick and is not around.”

Meanwhile, a crucial stakeholder meeting has been staged by the Director General of the APC Presidential Campaign Council and Plateau State governor, Simon Lalong.

The meeting was staged to enhance strategy to help solidify the chances of the ruling party in the forthcoming general elections.

Legit.ng also gathered that the meeting had the presence of some APC governors who converged at the APC national headquarters in Abuja on Tuesday, October 4.

In another development, Mosunmola Sangodara, the candidate of the APC in Surulere constituency II in the Lagos state house of assembly, has been alleged to have presented a fake HND certificate to INEC.

Olufunmi Dada, the deputy registrar of Yabatech, made the allegation before a federal high court sitting in Lagos on Tuesday, October 4.

Counsels to Sangodara and INEC, however, find fault in the evidence presented to the court by Dada.
