Wunmi, the widow of late singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, better known as Mohbad, has reacted to the backlash following Verydarkman’s call for another DNA test.

The activist had suggested that Liam might not be Mohbad's son after reading messages from Iyabo Ojo, who urged Wunmi to conduct another DNA test. Many fans called on Wunmi to take the test and to reveal what happened to her husband that led to his death.

In a post on her Instagram story, Wunmi addressed the issue of Liam's paternity, stating that Liam is hers and will remain hers until God calls him home.

She added that she owes her son guidance, love, a shoulder to cry on, and a safe place to return to when life gets tough.

Wunmi makes vow to son, Liam

Wunmi made a vow to her son, promising to always be there for him. However, fans were not satisfied with her response and questioned her about the real father of her son.

Some challenged her integrity, urging her to defend herself, while others criticised Iyabo Ojo, accusing her of using similar tactics to gather information for Wunmi, much like she allegedly did with the secret WhatsApp group exposed by VDM.

It is worth noting that Mohbad's father has also been pressing for Wunmi to conduct a DNA test to confirm the paternity of her son.

The two have been in a back-and-forth over the issue, and Wunmi previously accused him of sabotaging her efforts when she was ready to take the test.

Mohbad's father accuses Wunmi of killing his son

Legit.ng had reported that Mohbad's father made some claims against his daughter-in-law and his ex-wife, who is Mohbad's mother.

In a video which surfaced online, he claimed the widow of his son was responsible for the singer's death.

According to him, he heard a voice note where Mohbad was telling his wife that if she kills him, she cannot kill all his family.
