In the clip, Simi appeared with her baby bump alongside Adekunle Gold and their daughter Deja, giving fans a glimpse into their growing family.
On April 1, 2026, Simi posted maternity photos with her husband on her Instagram page, revealing that their second child had arrived.
The singer announced that she delivered the baby on March 10, 2026, expressed her gratitude to God and noted how she is now a mother of two.

Her husband, Adekunle Gold, known for his Afrobeats and Fuji songs, also responded warmly to the announcement, proudly declaring his new role as a father of two.

The couple was rumoured to have ended their marriage, with a purported divorce certificate trending online, but they later made their first public appearance together when they both sighted the moon before Eid al-Fitr.
