A video has surfaced online capturing the moment social media activist Verydarkman (VDM) forced a Dangote truck to park after it reportedly rammed into a Mercedes-Benz C300 in Edo state.

The incident attracted a crowd of onlookers, visibly upset by the reckless driving, which has become a growing concern in the state.

In the footage, the rear of the black Mercedes-Benz C300 is seen severely damaged.

VDM, along with another man, was seen actively directing the truck driver on where to pull over, ensuring the vehicle did not flee the scene.

Verydarkman, who has recently been in Edo state to address the rising cases of road accidents involving Dangote trucks, expressed disappointment at witnessing such an incident firsthand.

VDM drags Dangote Group over accident victim

Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that Verydarkman called out Dangote Group for abandoning a 22-year-old woman allegedly hit by one of its trucks in Auchi, Edo state.

He claimed the lady has spent 11 months hospitalised with over ₦5 million in unpaid bills.

VDM demanded accountability from Dangote, warning the company’s trucks won’t operate in Auchi until victims are supported.
