Arsenal Star Madueke Sends Warning to Chelsea Ahead of Premier League Clash, Video

Arsenal winger Noni Madueke has issued a strong warning to Chelsea ahead of their Premier League clash on Sunday, November 30.

Madueke played a key role in Arsenal’s 3-1 victory over Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League at the Emirates Stadium on Wednesday night, November 26.

The 23-year-old marked his return from an eight-week knee injury by scoring for the Gunners, helping them maintain their unbeaten record in the competition.

Jurrien Timber opened the scoring for Arsenal in the 22nd minute, before 17-year-old Lennart Karl equalised ten minutes later.

Second-half substitute Madueke restored Arsenal’s lead in the 69th minute following an assist from Mikel Merino.

Gabriel Martinelli sealed the win in the 77th minute after capitalising on an error by goalkeeper Manuel Neuer.

On the other hand, Chelsea recorded a resounding 3-0 win against Barcelona in the UEFA Champions League match at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday night, November 25, with goals coming from Jules Kounde (own goal), Estevao, and Liam Delap.

Madueke rates Chelsea high

Arsenal winger Noni Madueke has acknowledged that 2025 FIFA Club World Cup winners Chelsea are a strong side.

According to Irish News, the former PSV Eindhoven player insisted that his current club has what it takes to come out on top in the encounter.

Madueke also explained that he feels great returning from injury after spending eight weeks on the sidelines. He said:

“I cannot wait for the match against Chelsea. You go eight weeks without the thing you love the most in the world, so you are chomping at the bit to just be on the pitch.

“We will see on Sunday. They have got a top team, but we are a top team, so it should be a good game.”

The England international relished scoring his first goal for the Gunners in the match against Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich.

He said the goal is a statement, after putting in a lot of effort since joining the team during the summer transfer window. He said, "

"My goal was amazing and I could not have picked a better game. Sometimes, it is always difficult as an attacker; you want to hit the ground running but have to wait.
"We are aware of the work the team has put in, we are so together and we go into these games now with a real confidence that we will get the job done, per Football London"

Arteta gives rival Gyokeres warning

Legit.ng earlier reported that Mikel Arteta has fired a warning to Arsenal rivals ahead of the Premier League season after Viktor Gyokeres scored his first goal for the club.
