It is understood tat the 51-year-old is having problems with the Nerazurri president Steven Zhang who does not want to make reinforcements during the transfer window.
Reports also claim Zhang maybe forced to sell some their top players to balance their financial records this summer.
The reports added that Inter need to raise £86.5million in player sales and also need to cut their wage bill by 20 per cent.
