Tanzanian star Diamond Platnumz has sparked a lot of speculation among netizens after his cap was stolen.

How was Diamond's cap stolen?

The incident happened when Diamond was walking through a crowd.

The stylish singer rocked a green and black outfit from head to toe, and while moving through the crowd, a fan managed to grab his cap from his head, causing him to stop and look around in confusion.

One Tanzanian man said in an interview with Sam Misago TV that the cap might have some magical spirit.

“He was confused after the cap was taken. Artists wear expensive caps, but that of Diamond is not just a cap. I will dispute it. He was totally confused the moment he lost the cap. Then he was relieved when he got it back. He even hugged the person who helped him get the cap back,” he said.

Legit.ng earlier reported that the singer landed in Kenya in style on a private plane like a superstar.

He was with heavy security as he was driven to the Serena hotel, where he spent the night. Diamond also received flowers as he got to Serena, and his heavy security guarded it for him.

The musician was in the country for a concert dubbed the Octobafest and was expected to be the biggest night of the three.
