Apple will allow iPhone and iPad users in the European Union delete the App Store or its Safari browser, the tech giant told developers on Thursday. "The App Store, Messages, Camera, Photos, and Safari apps will be deletable for users in the EU," Apple said on a support page for developers.

Nepal on Thursday lifted its ban on TikTok nine months after suspending the popular video-sharing platform for disturbing "social harmony", the communications minister said. Nepal had suspended TikTok in November last year, days after introducing a directive requiring social media platforms operating in the country to set up offices.
