Why Peace asked for a husband online

While exclusively speaking to TUKO.co.ke, Peace said she used satire to speak her truth, and even though the video went viral, most people thought she was joking.

"My truth was the part about toxic feminism and being so absorbed that men are trash. That narrative has grown online and that is why you find women are using men for money, and I feel like I had fed into that narrative which was affected by experiences," she said.

The 30-year-old recorded a video asking men to marry her, explaining that she was so hung up on toxic feminism that she missed out on marriage and having children.

"I have received like 300 DMs, I even got calls from my exes who kept telling me that I refused to date them. The people from my past resurfaced. I saw people saying women should not be that desperate then I wondered, if I was receiving all those DMs, then what do men want?"

Peace also said she is yet to find someone, but despite being overwhelmed by the many messages, she plans to attend the dates arranged.

Her father also called her and asked if she was okay because he found the video a bit serious, and she had to explain

"He told me the video felt so real and for people who do not know the content I create felt that it was real. So I had to assure him that I am okay."

According to the beautiful lady, her friends and family were calling to check up on her to be sure if she was in good mental health status.

Peace Loise's ideal man's qualifications

"First of all, he has to be breathing, someone who is respectful and loving and supportive and willing to grow together with me, getting someone who is very serious and is willing to get into a committed relationship is hard, even single guys have side chicks these days, not just the married ones."

She hopes that at the end of the day, men and women will understand that they need each other and that there is no shame in saying what they really want.
