Breaking: Trump finally allows power transition as key agency 'ascertains' Biden's win

A Trump ally, US Representative Mike Kelly, is reported to be among the plaintiffs seeking to stop election certification in the state.

The group is asking the court to declare Pennsylvania’s mail-in voting illegal and to block the state from going forward with certification.

Alternatively, the group asked the court to direct Pennsylvania’s state legislature to choose the state’s electors.

Meanwhile, President Donald Trump of the United States of America has finally accepted to allow a transition of power to his potential successor, Joe Biden.

Trump disclosed that he has given the green light for the General Services Administration (GSA) to do the needful in ascertaining that Biden won the election.

CNN reported that the GSA had earlier sent a letter to Biden to inform him that his transition could now begin. With this, Biden's transition team can now access government resources, including funds, for a smooth transition of power.
