Tinubu's Certificate: APC Predicts What Will Happen To Atiku At Supreme Court

FCT, Abuja - The All Progressives Congress (APC) said the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar is in for another round of spectacular defeat.
The National Publicity Secretary of the APC, Felix Morka, said court cases are won on the strength of compelling or substantial evidence, not tales and fabrications.

This was disclosed in a statement shared on the APC X page (formerly known as Twitter) @OfficialAPCNg, on Monday, October 23.
Morka said what Atiku presented at the Supreme Court is “hollow, implausible” and they are not “evidencing nothing.”

“Court cases are won on the strength of cogent, credible, compelling or substantial evidence, not on hollow, implausible, capricious tales and fabrications of the kind that Atiku Abubakar dumped on the court in the guise of a “body of evidence”, evidencing nothing.”
He added that the PDP is delusional to think it can get from the court what it failed to get from the February 25 election.
Supreme Court adjourns Atiku, Peter Obi's appeals
Meanwhile, Legit.ng reported that the Supreme Court adjourned the appeals filed by Atiku and Obi, challenging the victory of Tinubu in the February 25 election.
The seven-member panel led by Justice John Okoro adjourned the matter after the arguments of the lawyers of the respective parties.
Supreme Court reserves judgment on Atiku, PDP's petition against Tinubu
On Monday, October 23, the Supreme Court reserved its judgment on the PDP and Atiku's appeal against the verdict of the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC), which was delivered on September 6.
Justice Okoro announced the counsels of the parties following the adoption of their briefs and making of their final submission.
Supreme Court faults Chicago State University's letters on Tinubu's certificate
Meanwhile, the Supreme Court had earlier maintained that there were conflicting letters from the Chicago State University (CSU) on President Tinubu's certificate.
Justice Okoro made this statement on Monday, October 23. At the hearing, Justice Okoro said criminal matters must be proved beyond reasonable doubt.
