Lady develops feelings for someone else
An X user known as @Somlimokazi, who posted the chat online praised him for exhibiting a high level of self-respect.
In the chat, the lady explained that while she still cared about her man, she had developed an attraction to another person.
According to her message, the discovery left her confused, and she asked for space so she could know what she truly wanted.
In her words:
"There is someone else. Kinda. It is not that I don't love you, but I just realised I'm attracted to someone else because we are currently together. That's why I need some time to figure this out and decide what I want. I'm sorry."
Rather than attempting to negotiate or wait while she weighed her options, her man chose to end the relationship.

He reminded her of a principle he mentioned earlier in their relationship about his refusal to be an option.
He made it clear that he did not see himself as someone who should compete for love or be placed in a position of uncertainty.
From his perspective, the moment he became an option was the moment he chose to step away entirely.
He said:
"You don't have to be sorry. I told you when we started dating and will say it again. If a time ever comes where I become a option to choose from, choose the other person. I'm not to be managed. I'm enough. Goodbye."
