An Oyinbo man has picked one of Ola of Lagos' adverts and accused him of inflating the cost of a private jet.

In the video, which has now gone viral, the man said the Hawker 900XP jet, which Ola said was worth $16 million, was inaccurate.

The man with the TikTok handle, @thejetbusiness, said the jet was worth about $5 million and insisted that Ola did not do the review properly.

However, in a swift reaction on his Instagram page, Ola, who is popular for doing flamboyant adverts on luxury products, said the video reviewed by the white man was an old one.

While admitting that he may have made a mistake, Ola insisted that he stated the price given by clients. He said he does not give a price tag on the products he advertises since that was not his job.

His words:

"We learn every day, and everything in life is a process. This video is like a year old or so. Then I was really struggling to get better. So that was why I couldn’t give the jet a proper and full review, but now stop playing. Lol, even if you wake me from sleep, I will properly review anything. We get better every day. Don’t forget that. Then for the price, that is what I was told back then sir/ma….no be me dey conclude on price…I used to ask every client I’m dealing with for the last price of their product before I started video cuz I don’t wanna appear unprofessional."
