A married couple, Friedrich-Wilhelm K. and Jutta have filed a petition against their neighbour who owns a cockerel
According to them, the cockerel is 'torturing' them and they want it out of their neighbour's home in Bad Salzuflen
The 76-year-old husband revealed that one of their neighbours had to relocate to another location two years ago

An elderly German, Friedrich-Wilhelm K. and his wife, Jutta have sued their neighbour to court over nuisance.

Friedrich said their neighbour owns a cockerel, Magda, which they claim crows 200 times a day; an act they described as 'torture'.

The couple has kick-started their plans to take Magda's owner, Michael, to the district court over the crows.

Daily mail reports that the couple insisted that Magda begins crowing from 8am in the morning and it is disturbing.

This continues till the end of the day and they can no longer condone the torture because they are not young anymore. They want the bird taken out of their next-door neighbour's home in Bad Salzuflen in western Germany.

'We can't use the garden and we can't open any windows. He doesn't start until 8am because he is locked up at night but then he crows 100 to 200 times throughout the day. It's unbearable.\', Friedrich said.

Jutta added:

'It's hard to talk about torture, but that's what it's like.'
