APC Youths in Zamfara Commend NAIC MD Danfulani for Youth Empowerment Drive

A group of All Progressives Congress (APC) youths in Zamfara State has publicly praised Yazeed Shehu Danfulani, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Agricultural Insurance Corporation (NAIC), for what they described as consistent support for youth empowerment and community development.
The commendation was issued in a statement signed by Yusuf Ibrahim Gusau, the group's Publicity Secretary, on Tuesday.

According to the youths, Danfulani's commitment to young people was not born out of his current role at NAIC. They pointed to his track record of engaging with communities and supporting youths across Zamfara State before he was appointed to head the federal agency.
"Danfulani's emergence did not begin with political office," the group said in its statement.
Danfulani's Engagement With Zamfara Youths
The group said Danfulani had remained accessible to young people from different backgrounds seeking assistance and opportunities, and that his involvement in grassroots development helped open doors for many individuals in the state.
They credited him with supporting emerging talents and running initiatives focused on personal development and economic empowerment for youths across Zamfara's communities.
The youths argued that his appointment to lead NAIC gave him a broader platform to extend the kind of community-focused work he had already been doing at the local level into public-sector administration.
Matawalle and the Renewed Hope Agenda
The group also acknowledged Bello Matawalle, the Minister of State for Defence and former Zamfara State Governor, describing him as a prominent figure from the state within President Bola Tinubu's administration.
The youths urged all political appointees and public servants from Zamfara to stay focused on delivering development, creating economic opportunities, and empowering young people. They said such efforts were in line with the Federal Government's Renewed Hope Agenda.
The statement closed with an expression of appreciation for Danfulani's continued engagement with young people and his involvement in community development activities.
