Sani Dangote: Tears as Body Arrives Kano Today For Burial

Nigeria- On Sunday, November 14, the vice president of the Dangote Group and younger brother to Africa's richest man, Aliko Dangote, Sani Dangote, died in the United States (US).
Daily Trust reports that the body of Sani Dangote is set to arrive in Nigeria today, Tuesday, November 16, from the US for burial.
Late Sani, died on Sunday after a brief illness in the US.

“Sani Dangote had been battling colon cancer and he travelled to the US in search of a cure, but as God willed, he died at the age of 61.
“Indeed, the Dangote family really feel the death, but we have accepted it with total submission to the will of Almighty Allah.”
Sani is survived by his aged mother, wife, eight children, brothers and sisters.
Since the news of Sani’s death filtered in, sympathisers have been thronging the Dangote family residence at Koki Quarters in Kano City.
However, the newspaper gathered that the funeral prayer may be observed at the residence of Aliko Dangote in Nasarawa GRA.
The report further stated that a visit to the Koki Quarters’ family home of the deceased, it was observed that the daily feeding of hundreds of indigents went ahead as usual and a special prayer session was held for late Sani.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Aliko Dangote was spotted in a rare moment with other businessmen aboard the same private jet. A video capturing the moment was shared on Instagram.
It was gathered that the men were on their way to Saudi Arabia for the lesser Hajj known as Umrah in Islam.
The Umrah is a religious ritual of great significance performed by Muslim Ummah for the sake of Allah. It is believed that all the requests made while performing the act are answered by Allah.
