Ossai Success, an aide to Delta state governor, Sheriff Oborevwori, has sparked debate on social media after criticising Afrobeats star David Adeleke, aka Davido, over his footwear at an event in Warri.
Recall that Davido was among the prominent figures who attended billionaire Chief Dr. Michael Edematie-Ikuku's daughter, Tosan Ejiro, and her husband, Samuel Adebayo Tayo's wedding on September 13, in Warri, Delta state.
Other guests included popular actors Chinedu Ikedieze 'Aki' and Osita Iheme 'Pawpaw,' singer Simi, and comedians Bovi and Gordons,

Ossai Success criticises Davido's footwear
Ossai Success, who sparked a debate after comparing social media personalities Habeeb Hazmat, aka Peller, and Geh Geh in a viral post, expressed his disappointment in Davido for performing in a pair of slippers in Warri.
According to the Delta government aide, Davido's decision to wear a pair of slippers was out of pride and disrespectful.

"I was disappointed to see Davido performing in a pair of slippers in Warri during Chief Ikuku’s daughter's marriage. Wearing a pair of slippers for a performance is out of pride and is disrespectful and disappointing," he wrote in a post on his Facebook page.
