She averred that while Don Jazzy delayed her, she met another person who willingly and swiftly executed the project, and when the music mogul heard about it, he came back accusing her of not giving him time to process the deal.
According to her, Don Jazzy had a double mind about undertaking the project and even insisted on remaining anonymous in the deal.

Uglygalz claimed that his secrecy and reluctance to associate with her openly made her uncomfortable.

The actress noted that the situation would have been one in which he would handle the registration of the payment gateway and host the production, yet the revenue would go to him.
She averred that such an agreement would make her work herself out while being sidelined in terms of friendship and collaboration.
Uglygalz said this treatment made her reject the arrangement, as she wanted a relationship that involved both business and personal rapport rather than what she saw as an isolated, transactional connection.
When asked if Don Jazzy might have been avoiding public drama, Uglygalz dismissed the idea, noting that his involvement would still be traceable since his details would be tied to the payment setup.
She concluded that while she initially sought his assistance and appreciated the offer, the lack of transparency and exclusion from his circle made her unwilling to proceed under such conditions.
