The Los Angeles Lakers star player would have been turning 45. In a heartfelt post on Instagram, the widow shared lovely photos of their good times together.
The photos showed the couple lovingly kissing each other as they enjoyed a tight embrace.

"Happy 45th birthday, baby. I love you always and forever," Vanessa captioned her birthday post.
Kobe Bryant's widow opens basketball courts
On Thursday, June 16, 2022, Vanessa launched two basketball courts in Philadelphia in honour of her late husband and daughter Gianna.
Vanessa also showed off lovely murals painted on the walls of the perimeter fence around the courts.
"Philadelphia where my husband’s love for basketball all began. Today, in the historic Tustin Playground and thanks to the generous contributions of donors, fans, and friends, our foundation @mambamambacitasports opened two more @dream_courts with @nlcharities, which were beautifully surrounded by the artwork of @Art_by_Ernel. I chose this location so that young people in this community may have a safe space to play with an equal opportunity, which was important to Kobe and Gianna," she wrote.
Kobe Bryant's daughter interns in Beyonce's company
The late NBA star Kobe Bryant's daughter Natalia was hired as an intern for Beyoncé's sold-out Renaissance World Tour.
In a released list of people who would get working for the Grammy award-winning artiste's sold-out tour, fans were quick to spot Natalia Bryant's name.
The 20-year-old will be interning for Beyoncé. This is, however, not the first time she is working for the Thique singer.
Natalia worked for the mother of three in 2021 as she modelled alongside her and her daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, for the Ivy Park 'Halls of Ivy' campaign.
