I Feel Helpless and Need Your Prayers: Tyrese Gibson Stops Filming After Learning Mum Is in Coma

• The mother of actor Tyrese Gibson was admitted to the ICU following a pneumonia attack that was subsequently followed by a COVID-19 infection
• The health complications forced medics to sedate Priscilla Murray, and she has been in the ICU where she is hooked to a ventilator
• Tyrese has since made a very passionate appeal to everyone, and more so prayer warriors, to help him pray and post short messages to encourage the family

Veteran musician and actor Tyrese Gibson has asked the world to join him in praying for his sick mother who has been admitted to hospital in critical condition.

Worst phone call ever

In an Instagram post, Tyrese said that he received what he described as the worst phone call ever and had to stop filming, closed his eyes and all he could do was just pray.

"My mother is in a coma, in ICU, with pneumonia and she caught Covid they got her so sedated she can’t breathe or even eat on her own.

"This has been going on all week, I haven’t posted I’m doing it this time cause I feel helpless this is my cry for help…. I need prayers the most sincere prayers from you prayer warriors…. hold on mother I’m there by your side in a few days," he added.

Things starting to lookup

In his post, Tyrese revealed that his mother has been in a coma before and also seemed so frustrated that it all came when things were starting to look up for him.

"Please guys praise, you pray and even write out the prayers in the comments so that me and my family can read and be encouraged," appealed Tyrese.

I feel helpless

"I feel helpless and need my prayer warriors to cover my mother please please keep her father God she’s got so much more to do," prayed Tyrese.

Tyrese also wondered if he would be able to handle the situation as her baby boy.

"Text me don’t call I don’t have any words right now fight mother please fight. I never ever ask… prayer warriors we need you now more than ever. Her name is Pricilla Murray," said Tyrese.

Tyrese pleads with wife

Legit.ng previously reported that Tyrese was spotted on camera pleading with his estranged wife to come back home.

The musician and actor posted a video of himself crying as he pleaded with Samantha Lee to reconsider their separation.

He also went on Kirk Franklin's wife's post and promised to try save his failed marriage
