Humanity will always come first wherever human beings are concerned. This the case of the Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF) who expressed its sadness over the death of Dare Adeboye.
The group while commiserating with the general overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye, said it was shocked when the news of the death filtered in, This Day reports.
The ACF in a statement said they know that Adeboye has accepted his fate following the death of his son.
“The death may be painful and we join others to remind Pastor Adeboye, his family and the young family of Pastor Dare that as recorded in Eclesiastes Chapter 3 verses 4, this is a time to weep and mourn and that the ACF is weeping and mourning with them and the whole RCCG. May the Almighty God receive his soul in Jesus name”.
Recall that Legit.ng reported that as the burial rites for late Pastor Dare Adeboye begins on Sunday, May 9, youths of RCCG took a bold move to honour the deceased.
Several male members of the church have gone bald and cut off their hair as a sign to show last respect for the deceased who has been widely described as a soldier.
Meanwhile, the Adeboye family has announced the burial arrangement for Pastor Dare.
According to a Facebook post by Pastor Adeboye’s personal assistant, Leke, the funeral rites will hold at the RCCG convention centre at the Lagos-Ibadan expressway.
Leke who is also a brother of the deceased thanked the public for the outpouring of support to the family during this period.
