An emotional video showing the great love between twin brothers and their father has made the rounds on social media.

In a video shared on TikTok by one Muhammad Abdul-Aleem, he captured the touching moment he reunited with his twin brother, Musa, after they had been apart for almost two years.

The twin men then decided to confuse their father by switching clothes and making him tell them apart.

After Musa dressed up like Muhammad, he visited their father while pretending to be his brother. They had spoken for a few minutes before the real Muhammad decided to show up, leaving the father confused about who is who.

The old man had initially jumped to greet who he thought was Musa before realising that Musa had been with him the whole time. The sweet reunion video melted hearts of so many people on social media.
