Photos of old Nigerian naira notes recently emerged on social media and people of the country were taken on a trip down memory lane.
@NigeriaStories shared photos of 20 and 50 naira notes and asked tweeps to retweet if they remember or used them.
Nigerians soon flooded the comment section of the post to share their thoughts on it.
A tweep with the handle @SirLewis93 said his mother still has the N20 notes, adding that he doesn't know she still keeps them.

In similar news, a Nigerian lady identified as Chioma shared photos of the old Biafran currencies she found in her father's room.
Sharing on Twitter, the lady attached snaps of both notes and cleaned coins used during the nation's civil war.
Many people have since reacted to the tweet as tweeps went down memory lane. Some even said their parents who witnessed the war also had their currencies.
There were tweeps who said the notes are now antiques that should be framed for posterity.
