Kannywood actress Ummi Ibrahim Zee-Zee has taken to social media to speak about depression and suicide while asking her followers to pray for her.
Taking to her Instagram page, Ummi said she was living a miserable life to the extent of thinking of committing suicide.
According to the actress, nobody should ask why what she is going through but all she needs from them is prayer.
In her words:
"This days i live a MISERABLE life to the extend that I want to commit SUICIDE, but please non (sic) of any body should ask me why ? All I need from you people is a PRAYER!"
The actress' followers soon flooded the comment section of the disturbing post to pray for her and tell her what to do.
"Pray hard my sister, Allah is with you in all situations. Pray pray pray!!! And put your hopes in Allah."
"May Allah make things easy for u."
"Depression is real. Dan Allah seek help. See a psychologist ummi pls."

According to him, before anyone accepts the diagnosis of depression, they should try to make money.
In recent times, Nigerians have become open about the subject matter as people share their experiences. From celebrities to followers, the story shared continues to show that depression is no respecter of persons or statuses.
Sadly, anything can trigger the feeling of depression in a person.
Acknowledging the fact that depression exists, the lawyer advised that before anyone accepts the diagnosis that they are depressed, they should do everything legal within their power to make money.
