Reports claim the Inter Miami boss once tried selling the 10,000sq foot property for £4.5m in 2015 when he moved to Valencia as an assistant to his brother Gary as reported by SunSport.

The deal failed to pull through, so Phil and his wife and their two children moved back into the mansion on their return to the UK. A source told the media:

"Phil has already tried to sell this property once before for £750,000 less than its on for now.
"But the price reflects the fact that prices have risen and the house is situated on one of the best roads in Hale.”

The mansion also has six bathrooms and a games room which currently has a table tennis table and a pool table. And it wouldn't be complete without a mini indoor football arena with two sets of goalposts.

Next to the luxury swimming pool is a sauna and shower room while the master bedroom boasts a huge amount of space.

Legit.ng earlier reported that Arsenal captain Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang has lavished a huge part of his £350,000-a-week on a spanking new mansion for himself and family in North London.

The 31-year-old reportedly brought down a house said to be as old as the 1930s, and they built a massive edifice on the land.

Having committed his future to the Gunners, the Gabonese international is said to have spared nothing in his bid to building a home of comfort.
