A week ago, This is Us actress, Mandy Moore, gave birth to her bundle of joy, a bouncing baby boy.
Her pregnancy story touched so many people’s hearts as she happens to be one of the most celebrated faces on TV currently.

The new mum finally shared a sneak peek of her son and even revealed that she and her partner, Taylor decided to give their son August Harrison, the nickname, Gus.
She also took out time to explain the reason behind the little boy’s full name.

Apparently, August was the month Mandy found out her baby who was by then growing inside her belly was going to be a boy, and August is also her partner’s birth month so what better way to honour the love of her life?
The celebrity said in an Instagram post:
“It was last August when @taylordawesgoldsmith and I found out we were having a boy (it’s also Taylor’s birth month) and we always loved the name... so it was settled very early on in our book.”
Gus was born on February 23, 2021.
