Cristiano Ronaldo has shifted his focus to Juventus' Champions League trip to FC Porto on Wednesday, February 17.
The first of their two-legged affair will determine how far they will go in their quest to win the UEFA elite competition since 1996.
Andrea Pirlo's men head into the game in Portugal on the back of their 1-0 Serie A defeat to Napoli over the weekend and they can bounce back to winning ways in their mid-week clash.
Ronaldo scored four goals in four UCL group games and he will have chances to add to the tally during these rounds of games. He said on his official Twitter handle:
"Tomorrow we have a very important game against a very strong team and I can only hope that it may be the beginning of the long walk we want to take until the final.
"Respect for the opponent, ambition for the victory, and 100% focus on our goals. Let’s go, guys! Fino Alla Fine!"
Ronaldo recently clocked 36 and the former Manchester United and Real Madrid forward doesn't look like he is ready to slow down anytime soon.
He has 21 goals in 23 appearances across competitions so far this campaign and has also lifted his first silverware this new year after guiding Juve to Italian Super Cup glory.
Legit.ng earlier reported that Juventus striker Cristiano Ronaldo has once again pleaded with the club to complete the signing of his old team-mate at Real Madrid, Marcelo, during the summer.
Reports cited in SunSport have it that Los Blancos are considering offloading the defender and now his chances of reuniting with Ronaldo becomes even brighter.
It was gathered that CR7 had, in 2020, urged the club to go for the Brazilian and officials of the Italian club had planned to travel to Spain to finalise the deal before the outbreak of coronavirus.
