Big Brother Naija reality star and entrepreneur, Leo Dasilva, has dropped his opinion concerning people who choose to get married to their partners even after knowing that they are not liked.
In the post which he shared via his official Twitter handle, the ex-housemate stated that even though love is important, people should not marry into a family that does not like them especially if the family is very important to their partner.
Leo also advised that staying away is the best, as life is too short to be deliberately surrounded by haters for the rest of their life. He said:
"I know love is important and all but you can’t marry someone that their family doesn’t like you. Especially if the family is very important to them. This life is too short to deliberately be surrounded by haters till you die."
People took to the comment section to express their opinion concerning Leo's tweet.
"Marriage is too long a journey to be miserable in all through. Never choose love over your peace of mind. Life is not Zee world nor Telemundo."
"May God guide and guard us ooooo because some families won’t show that displeasure until you are finally married."
"People need to go where they are wanted and accepted. Marriage is a big institution and having peace of mind in it is very important, from respect from partners and in-laws to bigger things."
