Experience has always been the best teacher and for Nigerian ladies new to the terrains of driving, they've got tons of unique experiences they won't forget in a jiffy.

While the first Nigerian woman to drive a car, Funmilayo Ransome-Kuti, may not be alive to give her own account of her first day behind the wheels, a plethora of Nigerians have shared their unique encounters on their first day of driving.

Taking to Twitter, a lady identified as Adura, had first set in motion what will later become bags of funny and interesting first-time experiences from other ladies.

In a post on her Twitter handle, @thehighmother, the Nigerian lady recounted what exactly transpired on her first day of driving.

She said she got confused to the point that she contemplated just switching off the ignition and parking right at the middle of the road and wondered why road users would rather bully her to the point of tears.

She wrote:

"People will see ‘L’ signboard in front of car and still be horning... Lmao y’all confusing me please I will park in the middle of the road."

Reacting to Adura's narration, another lady said each time she practised and plied the road, she is guided by a principle and only one goal in mind. The goal, according to her, is to get home in one piece and not practice 'need for speed'.

Another user, @Prince_Yousuph, coming from a rather hilarious angle noted that:

"The funniest thing is when you remove your 'L' ...you will bully fellow Learners with horn later Face with tears of joy. Today's bullies were yesterday's learners."

@513masterpiece wrote:

"Reminds me of when I started driving, in lagos for that matter, I saw trailer and my brain formatted. I nearly hit person range rover for front but thank God nearly cannot kill a bird."

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported how a South African woman by name Yusuf Abaranjee went bananas and drove her car into a bank after waiting for hours to be attended to.

The bank's window panes were shattered and security officers walked in and out of the building as they tried to get the woman to come out of her car.
