Spanish giants Barcelona have posted stunning photo of their captain Lionel Messi and some of his teammates paying emotional tribute to Diego Maradona while in training.
The whole world are still mourning the demise of Diego Maradona considering the joy he brought to the game of football during his active playing days.
Diego Maradona was a superb striker during his days for clubs and country Argentina winning the 1986 World Cup.
The former Barcelona star was said to have suffered heart attack in his house before he passed on and has been buried in private ceremony in Argentina.
Messi played under Diego Maradona when the latter spent two years as the coach of the Argentina senior national team.
Maradona led Argentina to World Cup success in 1986, but Lionel Messi has been unable to claim the trophy with the national team despite scoring 71 times in 140 caps.
Messi and his teammates in the Argentine senior team reached the final of the World Cup in 2014 and lost to Germany.

Maradona's body was laid at the presidential mansion at Casa Rosada during the three days of mourning ordered by the Argentine President Alberto Fernandez.
