Nigerian musician DJ Cuppy has expressed heartbreak over the sad incident that took place in the country on Tuesday, October 20.

It was reported that a number of peaceful protesters were shot to death by some security agents in the country.

The Gelato crooner took to her official Instagram page to share a sad photo of herself.

In the photo, Cuppy's face was swollen as it seemed like she had been crying. A teardrop was spotted coming out of her eyes while she laid down.

After she was called out by her followers on social media, the singer became involved in the EndSARS protests. And, even though she had to self-isolate after she got into the country, she did not let that stop her.

Photos from the events of the past few days were also shared on her social media platforms as she lent her voice to the struggles of Nigerian youths.

In other news, Legit.ng earlier reported that DJ Cuppy posted a photoshopped snap of herself with boxing champion, Anthony Joshua.

She shared the photo on her Twitter account as she wished Nigeria a happy Independence Day.

The DJ tweeted: "Eku Diamond Jubilee o".

In her comment section, there were some who believed she is overreaching, going after a person that does not want her back.

Others joined in the cruise as they displayed pretended reactions mourning the 'fact' that she chose a boxer with six-packs over them who have been sending her love proposals.
