Pastor Adeboye prays for son on his birthday, decrees God's blessings

- Pastor E A Adeboye of RCCG has celebrated the birthday of his son, Oluwagbemileke Adeboye, in a prayerful manner

- On the 38th birthday of Oluwagbemileke, his father prayed that God will continue to strengthen and bless him

- The man of God also remembered how God made his birth possible despite the devices of the enemies

The general overseer of Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor EA Adeboye, has celebrated his son's 38th year birthday.

In a video he posted on his Facebook page on Wednesday, May 20, Oluwagbemileke Adeboye could be seen kneeling down in front of his father as he prayed God's blessings on his life.

During the prayer, Pastor Adeboye recalled how God intervened in his delivery when his mother was in labour and all human hope was lost.

The man of God, in the same faith that made his birth safe and successful, asked the wall of fire around his son not to go off.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that RCCG's overseer in an online service stated that God is behind the coronavirus which has claimed thousands of lives and counting.

Adeboye claimed God told him that the world would be going on compulsory holiday over the outbreak of the virus.

He further stated that God is using the plague to show the world that he is in control. He also stated that the virus will not go away but will only be subdued.

"He told me loud and clear that this year, the whole world is going to be on compulsory holiday. I know the last time we got close to the world being on holiday. It was after 9-11. Remember there was this attack in America on the World Trade Center towers that all planes were grounded, at least around America," the man of God can be heard saying.
