Have some pillow talk with your husband - Obasanjo tells Aisha Buhari

- A former head of state, Olusegun Obasanjo, has commended the wife of President Muhammadu Buhari, Aisha, for her outspokenness on the state of the nation

- Obasanjo, on Monday, June 3, said that Aisha Buhari has done well for exposing some of the ills of the federal government

- Moreover, the former president advised Aisha to do more by engaging her husband in what he calls pillow talk

Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, a former Nigerian head of state, on Monday, June 3, praised the wife of President Muhammadu Buhari, Aisha, for opening up on some aspects of the state of the nation, especially on the part of the federal government.

Commending Aisha Buhari, Obasanjo also advised that she can do more in this regard by engaging her husband in some private discussion.

Obasanjo in a statement issued by his media Aide, Kehinde Akinyemi, said: “It is nice that President wife is talking, I think she did well, and may be she should also have a pillow talk with the President.

“I believe every Nigerian family, individual, group is entitled to livelihood. And it is the responsibility of all to make sure we have a dignified life. That should be our aim collectively."

Earlier, Legit.ng reported that Aisha Buhari had challenged security agencies to quickly end banditry and other insecurity challenges in parts of the country.

The First Lady who made the call on Saturday, June 1, in Katsina while distributing relief materials to over 25,000 victims of bandits attacks, said it was necessary to degrade the criminals before they end the civil population.

“The security agents should either assist to take action or allow the situation continue until bandits finished killing our people,” she said.
