Ebonyi: APC factions trade words over President Buhari’s rally

- The division in the Ebonyi state chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) is yet to die down

- Party chieftains in the state seem to be always at loggerheads

- A recent rally organised in support of President Muhammadu Buhari has sparked another round of crisis

The Ebonyi APC state working committee on Friday, September 8, denied the allegation that its members plotted against the rally held in support of President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday, September 4.

The allegation was refuted by the state woman leader of the party, Princess Adol Awam on behalf of other committee members.

Briefing journalists in Abakaliki, the state capital, Princess Awam stated that those behind the allegation desired to use the antics to achieve cheap political propaganda and discredit the members of the working committee.
