Super Falcons defender Michelle Alozie has again wowed fans with one of her several talents after displaying she can also pass for a hair stylist in her latest social media post.

Born in Houston, Texas, Alozie has become one of the most-loved and influential players in the Super Falcons squad since making her debut for Nigeria in 2021.

The 28-year-old defender was part of Nigeria’s famous squad at the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup that reached the Round of 16 at the tournament, Sports247 reports.

She also played a key role in Nigeria’s recent success at the 2025 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON), helping the team claim a record-extending 10th title in Morocco. And Leagues Reporters says she wins everywhere she goes.

After the tournament, Alozie, alongside other members of the Super Falcons, were bestowed with the Officer of the Order of the Niger, $100,000, and a 3-bedroom apartment by President Bola Tinubu.

Alozie showcases braiding talent in video

Nigerians are still gushing after a new video showed Alozie showcase her hair styling abilities which indirectly caused an uproar in the Nigerian dating pool.

The Super Falcons defender, who also doubles as a research technician at the cancer research at Texas Children’s Hospital, per Punch, captured herself making her braids unaided from scratch as she spent hours putting it all together.

The video has since resonated with so many Nigerians who praised the efforts of the 28-year-old defender, while some men also called out their girlfriends to emulate the Houston Dash player.

The Nigerian dating pool felt the heat following the viral video of Alozie braiding her hair, as some men wanted their girlfriends to do the same.

Alozie enjoys heroic welcome in USA

Earlier, Legit.ng reported that Alozie received a hero’s welcome upon her return to her base in the United States, having won the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) title.
