Then it’s uncertain if a new project would be good for him. I’m convinced that he can reinvent himself at Chelsea,” the former Everton boss submitted.

Hazard’s present deal at Chelsea will run out in the summer of 2020 and he is yet to agree an extension with Blues chiefs.

However, Chelsea manager Sarri is eager to have the Belgium international sign a new deal after Stamford Bridge dwellers offered him £300,000 a week deal

"I think it is time to decide. I have not the power to decide, I am the coach.

"I am not the president, I am not in charge of the transfer market, I am the coach. I want to speak to him only about the position on the pitch.

"I think we have to solve the problem if we want to program the future - we have to solve this problem,” Sarri added.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously had reported that Eden Hazard is keen to replicate Chelsea legends status after emerging the club’s 10th player to net 100 goals in the 2-1 win over Watford.

According to UK Metro report citing Sky Sports, the Belgium captain is excited his two goals in each half at Vicarage Road helped him achieve Chelsea milestone as well as helping the Maurizio Sarri tutored-side topple Arsenal to fourth place in the Premier League log.

During the tough encounter, Hazard dribbled Ben Foster to net his 100th goal for Chelsea, but Watford’s Roberto Pereyra responded moments later for the Hornets with a fantastic volley.

Hazard continued to torment Watford’s defence line in the second stanza but was unprofessionally fouled by Foster in the 58th minute. The Belgian dusted himself to convert Chelsea’s second from the spot and his 101st goal for the Premier League outfit.
