A sensational video has sent the social media space ablaze as a 7-foot-9-inch basketballer Abiodun Adegoke is seen dunking the ball with both feet still planted firmly on the court.

Despite still being a teenager, Adegoke is already two inches taller than the legendary Manute Bol who was the tallest player to ever play in the National Basketball Association.

A video of him that surfaced online has basketball fans calling for college and NBA teams to snap him up as they believe he has genuine talent.

Another video which shows Adegoke working out in the United Arab Emirates, he receives the ball in the paint and has the physicality to hold off the defence before dunking the ball.

While the smaller player simply lays up his shot, the tall Adegoke performs his signature move by dunking the ball without jumping.

Fans on social media are already head-over-heels in love with him, although many continue to question his age.

The basketballer’s exact age still remains unknown with some media claiming he is 17 while others insist he is much older. Either way, Adegoke has certainly drawn the attention of basketball fans thanks to his size.

Meanwhile, Nigerian star Shola Shoretire on Thursday night, February 25, made history at Manchester United when he made his European debut for the Red Devils in their Europa League game.

The 17-year-old forward replaced Mason Greenwood in the 76th minute at Old Trafford against the Spanish giants in a match that ended goallessly.
