Primate Ayodele's 'prophecy' on Ojulari

The cleric alleged that there are gang-ups against Ojulari. According to him, even though the oil and gas expert has good intentions, there are people in the system who want him out at all costs.

Primate Ayodele said:

"They want to remove the NNPC CEO, Bayo Ojulari. Many of his policies will be under threat, he needs to work very well so that he can overcome and succeed because there will be gang-up against him. They want to create problems for him, and he must be very careful of his doings; they want to remove him.”

Furthermore, Primate Ayodele noted that his prophecy is not because he has any personal issues with Ojulari, but as a means to warn him of purported imminent 'danger'. The preacher urged the public official to 'listen carefully to what God is saying and follow divine instructions because they are waiting endlessly for his mistake'.

Legit.ng reports that Primate Ayodele's warning message comes amid reports suggesting that Ojulari was allegedly pressured into signing a resignation letter by operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

It was alleged Ojulari was interrogated over his purported links to British-Nigerian oil mogul, Olatimbo Ayinde, who is reportedly close to key figures in the President Bola Tinubu administration. Ayinde is reportedly being tried for corruption.

However, EFCC boss, Ola Olukoyede, denied the allegations that he allegedly coerced Ojulari into resigning from office.

“NNPCL, I am saying the right thing now and they (Nigerian authorities) are not taking it serious (sic). There will be high increase in gas. Petroleum, there will still be scarcity. And of course, there are some hidden things that are going on in the NNPCL that the government need to be involved.
“And there should be total reform in NNPCL if you want things to go out well.
