Alimi Toheeb Omotayo, a Law graduate of Lagos State University (LASU), has shared a remarkable academic achievement on social media after emerging as the best graduating student in his faculty with a string of prizes to his name.
The young scholar announced his results on X, revealing that he finished his LL.B programme with First Class Honours and a cumulative grade point average of 4.73 out of 5.00, earning him the title of Best Graduating Student in the Faculty of Law for 2025.

LASU best graduating student receives N30m cash
Meanwhile, Legit.ng recently reported that LASU Aerospace Engineering graduate Samuel Oluolamide Adebanjo was named the overall best graduating student with a CGPA of 4.97 out of 5.00.
He received a total of N30 million in cash rewards from Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and the Sunbeth Excellence Partnership Programme for his outstanding academic performance.
