Identified as @villapgh on TikTok, the proud owner shared a video showing the structure of the uncompleted building, with pride and excitement.
In the video, he revealed that he invested his savings in the property, a decision he clearly does not regret.
"I emptied my savings, not my dreams. Now I'm standing in my first property at 27," he said.

Commenting on the story, a Nigerian man, Arinze, advised people to buy properties no matter how old they are.
"He is a very good thinker and I am happy he's not wasting his money thinking he's young. People should buy properties at any time not waiting for a specific time," he said.
