In a TikTok video by @zharas.closet, the lady shared a clip of the incident and sent a strong message to her customers.
She captioned the video:
"I have never experienced this in my years of business. See, pls Biko no customer should ask me for their item pls I am just reaching home by 3am see!!!"
She added in the comments:
"I made the comment cause I had people calling me in the midst of everything asking for their items already calling me scam and all they all wanted to receive their Items while all this was going on."
