Lady laments over violent attack at Kwara church

The lady opened up about the pain she felt as she processed what had happened and expressed sympathy for those caught up in the frightening situation.

Identified as @sunshine_ene on X, she used her platform to raise more awareness about the incident and express how heavily it affected her.

She explained that the video she watched left her devastated, especially because it showed defenceless worshippers, including an old woman, scrambling to escape harm.

In her words:

"I saw livestream video of people being attacked inside a church in Kwara. This is sad and disturbing. I wept seeing that old woman who couldn’t walk well running for safety. My prayers for everyone."

Commenting on the story, a Nigerian man, Aloysius Taye, said the incident broke him to the point of tears.

"All through that night, I kept on crying. I was imagining my family in the shoes of those kidnapped. God forbid. The situation in Nigeria is really heartbreaking," he said.
