A lady, known on TikTok as Nwa Ekwensu, has disclosed that she can now save money since she stopped attending church.
The former Christian drew people's attention to what would happen to them if they stopped going to church like her.

Ex-Christian shares her experience
In a TikTok post, @nwa.ekwensu noted that she no longer worries about buying clothes, hair, and shoes for Sunday service, paying offerings and tithes or waking up early in the morning on a Sunday to prepare for service.
"...It is happening to me now, that is why I want to let you know. Number one, you will start saving money. I'm telling you, you will start saving money.
"No more buying of Sunday clothes, no more buying of Sunday shoes, no more buying of Sunday hair, no more paying tithes, no more paying offerings...No more waking up early morning on Sunday and going to church.
"Like, a lot of things would start happening to you. You will start saving money..." she said.
She added that she no longer has clothes for church and buys less expensive, simple outfits.
"Like me now, I don't have church clothes again, only simple clothes...That is why you need to stop going to church," she remarked.
According to her, churchgoers have to deal with the cold competition over outfits and other material things among members.
She discouraged people from going to church, citing the observations she had made. Her advice has elicited mixed reactions online.
