Mixed reactions have trailed a video showing what actually transpired between the embattled Ibom Air passenger, Comfort Emmanson, and the airline's air hostess.
Shortly after the aircraft arrived in Lagos on Sunday, August 10, a drama broke out, which led to a physical assault on the airline's crew member. The 'unruly' passenger was then arrested, charged in court and remanded in the Kirikiri Maximum Prison, Lagos.

People from all walks of life took sides in the matter, with many decrying the rushed arraignment and remand of the passenger.
However, the emerging video has again sparked a conversation about the incident and made people question the facts of the matter that were presented.
The clip showed the moment the hostess' wig was pulled off and how she blocked Comfort from exiting the plane. The clip was shared on Facebook by Weddingplus Naija.

Ibom Air passenger shares what he witnessed
Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that a man who was on the same Ibom Air flight with the viral passenger, Comfort Emmanson, had recounted what happened.
The man, identified as Tunde A. Ibrahim, stated that it was an Ibom Air crew member who prevented Comfort from alighting from the plane.
He narrated that Comfort had told the airline's crew that her phone was already on flight mode. However, they refused to allow her to leave, saying the airport security had been contacted to pick her up.
