MedxGo said the platform was created to address challenges faced by millions of Nigerians in accessing food, medications and reliable delivery services while helping businesses improve their digital reach.

The platform enables customers to order meals from restaurants, access healthcare essentials from registered pharmacies, request logistics services and connect with local merchants through a single digital system.

According to the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MedxGo, Timilehin Seyi Ogunsakin, the company’s vision is centred on using technology to improve everyday experiences and create economic opportunities.

“Technology should make life easier. Every day, people need food, medications, and delivery services. Businesses need customers. Customers need convenience. Riders need opportunities. MedxGo was built to bring all these stakeholders together through one platform and create value for everyone involved,” Ogunsakin said.

The company noted that the expansion will also provide opportunities for restaurants, pharmacies, merchants and delivery riders by giving them access to a wider digital marketplace.

MedxGo said it has started engaging potential partners as part of its onboarding strategy, adding that collaborations with local businesses will be critical to building a strong delivery network.

The startup believes the growth of smartphone adoption and digital engagement in South-West Nigeria and Kwara State provides a strong foundation for the adoption of modern commerce solutions.

MedxGo, which operates at the intersection of healthcare, logistics and technology, said its long-term goal is to support job creation, improve access to essential services and contribute to Africa’s growing digital economy.
